AURELIUS acquires SAG Kommunikationstechnik GmbH -
Eighth acquisition by AURELIUS in the current year

 

Munich-based industrial holding AURELIUS AG (ISIN: DE000A0JK2A8) acquires SAG Kommunikationstechnik GmbH (SAG KT), Hanover, from SAG GmbH, Langen. SAG KT is specialised in planning, construction, installation and especially maintenance of mobile networks. SAG KT is the biggest independent provider of telecommunication network services in Germany. Therefore the company is in an excellent position to also participate to an above-average extent in the installation and the maintenance of emerging networks in the future like WIMAX (area-wide W-LAN) or digital police radio. In the last business year, the company, with its 400 employees, generated a turnover of approximately EUR 65m. The initial consolidation is planned for January 2008.
