Job description
Directly after AURELIUS acquires a company, you take over the company's general management on site. Your main task is to draw up a comprehensive concept together with the company management for increasing the value of the company, and then to implement the concept. In doing so you will be the contact for customers and other interested third parties (e.g. banks), and a leadership figure and role model for the employees. Once the main restructuring measures have been met, you will recruit (either internally or externally) and instruct your successor, who is to guide the company through the then "calmer waters". Your posting is designed to last a maximum of 18 to 24 months in a given company.
Your profile
- You are an experienced, pragmatic young manager and generalist with at least five years of leading responsibility in a sector, which is affected by a medium-sized environment.
- Business degree, natural science or engineering degree, and understanding of the basic marketing, trading and technical problems, main focus on marketing.
- Urgently verifiable success in restructuring and reorientation of companies.
- Self-confidence, determination and required „hands-on“-mentality in order to realign a medium-sized company with 200 to 1000 employees.
- Furthermore, you are characterised by cost consciousness, trading flair, strength of implementing and a good ability to communicate
