As industrial holding (ISIN DE000A0JK2A8) AURELIUS focuses on companies in special situations or affected by radical changes. Key investment is the acquisition of affiliated and stand-alone companies regardless of their branch of business whose sales range between 20 and 750 million euros.

As a result of our expansive and successful strategy and for further support of our investment team in Munich we are looking for an

Investment Director (f/m)

Responsibilities:

You will lead members of our investment team (currently twelve employees) and take over identification, valuation and selection of potential investments (companies and leverage). Furthermore, you will lead the due diligence and work out business models, restructuring concepts and evaluation of companies. The position will also require deal negotiations and concepts for financial strategies as well as the management of company exits.

Requirements:

• Business degree or comparable education
• Several years of working experience in the M&A, Private Equity or Corporate Finance sector
• Leading position in a large number of successful company transactions
• Strong experience in taking over a leading role
• High sense of responsibility and the ability to work in a team
• Fluent in German and English and excellent computer skills (especially Excel)
